Terms & Conditions Creators

Welcome to mabrookUGC, operated by VM MEDIA LLC, headquartered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Overview of Services

mabrookUGC is a digital platform that connects brands with vetted creators in the GCC region for the purpose of producing high-performing User-Generated Content (UGC), optimized for TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms.

Brands can:

  • Purchase UGC video packages

  • Submit creative briefs

  • Choose from pre-vetted creators

  • Receive edited, ad-ready UGC videos

Creators can:

  • Accept assignments via the platform

  • Deliver UGC videos based on the brand briefing

  • Get paid per video upon delivery and approval

2. Creator Compensation

  • No-Face Video: $100 USD per approved video

  • Face Video: $250 USD per approved video

Payouts are processed once per month, after you submit a withdrawal request in your dashboard. Payment will be sent within 5 business days of the request, assuming content has been approved by the client.

3. Content Requirements

You agree to:

  • Follow the brand’s briefing accurately

  • Deliver high-quality, original video content on time

  • Avoid any copyright infringement, impersonation, or use of unlicensed material

  • Deliver videos in the format and dimensions requested (e.g. TikTok format)

4. Refund & Revision Policy

Due to the custom nature of UGC, all purchases are final. However:

  • If content is delivered outside of the agreed scope or is clearly defective, you may request a revision within 2 calendar days of delivery.

  • Revisions are limited to one round per video, unless otherwise agreed.

  • A revision refers to editing or re-cutting the existing footage (e.g., adjusting text overlays, trimming clips, or reordering scenes). It does not include re-shooting the video or changing the creator.

5. Usage Rights

Brands receive full commercial rights for the UGC they purchase, including:

  • Paid advertising (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)

  • Organic social media

  • Website or landing pages

Creators waive all rights to the content once payment has been issued.

6. Platform Guidelines

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in a permanent ban

  • We reserve the right to reject content or users who violate our guidelines

  • All activity must comply with applicable UAE and GCC regulations

7. Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator access if:

  • Deadlines are repeatedly missed

  • Content does not meet professional standards

  • Platform rules are violated

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by creators or brands

  • Content that fails to meet campaign performance goals

  • Platform downtime or technical errors

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected order.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
